The location of the apartment was great, being close to the city center and easily accessible. We also appreciated the effort made by the owner to accommodate our needs and requests. The apartment was well-furnished and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
It was advertised as suitable for a larger group, but in reality, it felt cramped and crowded. The bedrooms, apart from the master bedroom, were small and did not provide enough space for us to move around comfortably.

Stunning apartment with beautiful decor and furnishings. Plenty of seating and a great gas fire in the spacious front room. The welcome pack exceeded expectations with a variety of delicious food. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fantastic ensuite shower. Spotlessly clean, quiet at night, and conveniently located. Highly recommended.

The three-bed cottage was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The garden was a lovely addition, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The comfortable beds and sofas made us feel right at home. We enjoyed cooking and dining together in the sociable kitchen/dining area. The location was convenient, not too far from the center of Edinburgh. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
Although there was a small issue with the garden not being secure for our dogs, we were able to block off the area easily. it would have been nice to have met the host in person during our short stay.

Had a comfortable Christmas stay in a beautifully decorated and well-equipped cottage. Loved the fresh cut roses and welcome basket with essential food. Convenient parking space and close to local shops and bus stop.
The sofa was uncomfortable and the kitchen/dining/living room area felt cluttered. It was difficult for the whole family to see the TV from the sofa, so some had to sit on hard chairs.

We stayed at a property over Easter and it had some positives. the location was fantastic, close to the city center and within walking distance of several cafes and parks. It was also great to have a spacious and well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals during our stay. Additionally, the size of the rooms was impressive, providing ample space for our group.
There were a few downsides to our experience. The master bedroom had uncomfortable twin beds pushed together, causing backaches for both me and my partner.
